Whether you are 6 or 60, experiencing life is best when you are healthy.
Are you healthy enough to experience and enjoy everything that life has to offer? Beginning with a comprehensive blood test, as Science Based Nutrition™ trained health professionals, we will perform an in-depth analysis of your total system.
Early Detection and Correction: Keys to a Healthy Life
Many problems show up in the blood long before you actually “feel” symptoms. Did you know you can have only 20% liver or kidney function left and still have virtually no symptoms? How do you know if you’re truly healthy? Certain tests, when read properly, will indicate whether or not you are progressing toward a serious illness, such as cancer, liver, heart or many other diseases.
The Science Based Nutrition™ program is an innovative, science-based look at nutritional strengths and weaknesses through an individual’s blood test and analysis of hair, and urine. This scientific approach can offer a clear plan for your optimum health.
A complete Nutritional Blood Analysis will determine:
• How healthy you really are
• What problems are just beginning
• What diseases you have
• What dietary and lifestyle changes you should make
• If the supplements you are taking are working
Starting with a consultation, we will determine the testing that should be done. Using bloodwork and other diagnostic tools, an in-depth analysis of your body function will be performed. The testing will show where the problem areas are occurring or just developing. Your detailed report will explain your test findings, as well as the nutrient and dietary recommendations based upon your test results.

FAQ
What is different about the Science Based Nutrition Report?
The Science Based Nutrition report is the most comprehensive analysis available. It provides individual, drug-free recommendations to promote optimum health based on imbalances and dysfunction identified from the test results.Below are some of the key features that set us apart from others:
• Individualized supplement recommendations & dosages specific to test findings, age, sex, & weight of the patient
• Correlation of drug side effects with patient test finding
• Dietary recommendations with meal recipe and lifestyle tips
• Compare color-coded current and previous test results on the same page
• Incorporates multiple factors for each condition or diagnosis including the patients symptoms, medications, blood tests, hair tests, chelation and urine tests.
What is the difference between Normal and Healthy Ranges?
Most blood tests are compared to “Normal Ranges” via your results report. If you are within the “Normal Range” you will most likely be told you are normal, which can be confused with being healthy. It does not necessarily mean you are healthy, as many people incorrectly believe.
Why not? The problem lies in how Normal Ranges are determined.
Normal Ranges are determined by taking approximately 100 to 200 people who tested recently with a particular lab (yes, they are determined by each individual lab and not a centralized agency). These results are then averaged ™ this is the middle of the Normal Range. The high and low sides of the Normal Range will be two standard deviations from the average.
Unfortunately, most of the people’s results used in these calculations are flawed because they were having blood tests run in the first place because they already had a health problem!
Does it make sense to compare your blood test results to averages taken from people who were already experiencing a symptom? No. That is why being “normal” is not good enough! Normal blood test scores simply mean you are not yet as sick as the other people used to determine the normal range.
What is the cost of treatment?
The initial consultation is $60.00. During your consultation, the doctor will determine what testing needs to be performed. Every person is different, so it really depends on your particular health problems. More complex or serious conditions will likely require more extensive testing. Each case is different, if you are very sick, the cost of testing and nutrients will be higher. The minimum amount for the comprehensive blood and hair test is $195.
How long does it take to get the test results back?
If you do the testing through our office, it usually takes no more than two weeks to get all of the test results back and your personalized detailed report completed!
Can I get my blood work done through my other doctor?
Of course! You may get your blood work done through another doctor. However, it would be prudent for you to check your pricing thoroughly. Most patients find the price will usually be less if you get it through us. Plus, because we do not participate with insurance companies, any findings will not go on your permanent record. Remember, if you decide to go through your insurance company, the test findings will go on your permanent record and will affect future premiums and ratings.
Can My Medical Doctor do this for me?
There are simple reasons MDs will never do this work:
1. Regulation: MDs are required to recommend standard of care (SOC). If BP is high, they have to recommend the drug. If they don’t, they can lose their license or hospital privileges.
2. Philosophy: MDs are trained to Dx and prescribe a drug. Do you believe health comes from a drug? Of course not. This is what they’re taught and what they know. They don’t investigate the cause of your high BP. They prescribe the drug…they did their job. They’ll deal with the side effects of that drug later…with another drug.
3. Education: MDs very little by the way of nutrition courses during their educational process. Only 30% of medical schools even require a separate nutrition class. (one class). On average, med students receive 23 contact hours of nutrition instruction during medical school (this could be any class that may give one section to “nutrition”). The content of these nutrition classes are only going to be your typical “calories in, calories out” or infant nutrition type classes. Nothing on supplementation, etc.
How long will it take before I start to see improvement in my health problems?
Understand that we don’t have a cure for your problem whether it is a rash, MS, diabetes or cancer. Our goal is to get you healthier. Progress is the key and there should be some definite, objective improvement within about 2 months if what we are doing and recommend is going to work. Do you have 2 months? If you can give us 2 months and you really work and do what is needed, it is highly unusual that progress/improvement is not seen. Then the goal is to keep you improving on a consistent basis. Sometimes a 2-3% improvement in 2 months could be the best that we can hope for but if you continue to improve 2-3% every 2 months for the next 2-3 years, where will you be? Some patients with serious conditions like MS and Lupus have taken 6 years to really get their condition under control and in remission. We make no guarantees that you will have similar results. This is all dependent upon compliance.
Will I have to take supplements?
Often, health programs will include supplements to get your body back to optimal health. We will also be including emotional balancing, and bodywork if needed along with lifestyle and dietary recommendations.
